Open House October 2
If you haven't been in the library lately, you've been missing out. Come in, eat apple crisp, meet board members and check out our new preschool area. See what's going on and what the library can do for you! Saturday October 2 3:00-5:00!
After School Programming is Back!
Do you have a bored child aged 5-8? Bring them to the after school programming at the library and be bored no more! We have book based fine motor programming on Wednesday for students in grades Kindergarten-1 from 3:00-4:00. On Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 students in grades 2-3 are welcome to walk on the STEAMY side! With STEAM based activities such as lego creations, card board fun and more. These activities are free and open to the public, as well as CTES students. Call to register your child today.
Book Club Returns
The Cavendish Fletcher Community Library meets at Murdock's on the Green on the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00-8:00. The fact that it is half-price wine night there, is a coincidence. Come by and talk about books or just talk about life. Everyone is welcome. Copies of the current book may be found at the library. We will be discussing "Killing Lincoln" by Bill O'Reilly on Wednesday, October 20 at 7:00 PM.
